The North Wales Resilience Forum
The North Wales Resilience Forum identifies hazards that could impact our communities.
The Civil Contingencies Act 2004 puts a duty on key organisations to work together, this resulted in the establishment of the North Wales Resilience Forum. This partnership works together to assess risk and develop emergency plans to prepare for, respond to and recover from emergencies.
By partner agencies working together we can help to:
- Save lives.
- Prevent the disaster getting worse.
- Relieve the suffering of those affected by the incident.
- Restore normality as soon as possible.

The NWCRR provides you with information which will enable you to prepare yourself, your family, your community or your business to cope during an emergency.
The current version of the NWCRR can be found here.
