Fire crews from Wrexham and Colwyn Bay attended an incident where a man was trapped under a digger in Rhosllanerchrugog at 3.05pm on Friday 13^th July.

An appliance, a technical rescue unit and the rope rescue team were sent to the incident where a man was rescued from underneath the digger.

Crews used rope rescue equipment as well as equipment from the technical rescue unit to stabilise the man and the digger before he was released and taken care of by paramedics at the scene.

The incident was brought under control by 4.10pm
