Crews from Llandudno and Colwyn Bay attended an incident on Builder Street Llandudno at 9.21am this morning (Monday 4^th September).

Police and ambulance crews were also in attendance. The incident was brought under control by 10.53am.

One casualty was taken by air ambulance to Ysbyty Glan Clwyd but has sadly died. The next of kin have been informed.

The cause of the fire is under investigation by North Wales Fire and Rescue Service and the Health and Safety Executive.
