Update 2 on Multi Agency response to severe weather in North Wales
PostedPrecautionary evacuation in part of Rhuddlan
North Wales Police have confirmed that up to 15 premises in the lower part of Rhuddlan, Denbighshire are being evacuated as a precautionary measure over concerns that the river Clwyd may break its banks.
Meanwhile the water levels on the river Elwy at St Asaph are slowly receding.
