Body found in flooded home

North Wales Police can confirm that  the body of an elderly  woman has been recovered  from  a flooded property in Tai'r Felin, St Asaph, Denbighshire.

Local officers from  the emergency services who were  conducting house to house checks discovered the body of the woman  at Noon today, November 27.

An investigation is underway.

There are no suspicious circumstances and the death  is currently being treated as unexplained.

Next of kin have been informed.
