'Firefighters from NWF&R Service are currently tackling a fire at a property in the New Brighton area of Minera, Wrexham.

At 10.56pm yesterday (Sunday, July 14) the NWF&R Service received a report of a fire at a detached property. Six pumps have attended the scene - from Johnstown, Wrexham, Chirk and Llangollen.

Nobody is believed to be injured and all the occupants had evacuated the property prior to the arrival of firefighters.

Once the fire is extinguished inquiries will commence to try and establish the cause of the fire.
