Firefighters are in attendance at a fire in a property on Vaenol Avenue, Abergele.

The initial call was received at 12.16pm this afternoon (Thursday 5^th February).

Crews from Abergele, Colwyn Bay and Rhyl are in attendance at the incident.

Firefighters are tackling the fire using breathing apparatus and hose reel water jets. The property has been evacuated.

The fire was brought under control by 12.55pm.
