Firefighters are currently dealing with a large fire on the Allt Wen mountain in Dwygyfylchi, Penmaenmawr.

Crews from Colwyn Bay, Llandudno, Abergele, Conwy, Denbigh, Bangor and Llanrwst are in attendance at the fire which started last night.

The fire and rescue service is aware that this fire can been seen from the A55 and surrounding areas and are advising people living in the Dwygyflwychi and Penamaenmawr areas to close windows and doors to avoid smoke entering their properties.
