A man has died following a fire at a commercial property in Prestatyn during the early hours of this morning.

North Wales Fire and Rescue Service responded to reports of a fire on the High Street, Prestatyn at 02.35 hours, mobilising crews from Prestatyn, Rhyl and St Asaph to the scene.

A joint investigation between North Wales Fire and Rescue Service and North Wales Police is underway to determine the cause of the fire.
